Add a Logo to the Studio and Guest Lobby

Customize the Studio and Guest Lobby with your logo so participants see your branding before and during the call.

NOTE:
These steps allow Riverside for Business customers to upload a logo that participants see in the Studio. This logo is not included in the recorded video files.

You can also add a logo to exported video clips in the Editor.

Add Logo to One Studio

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Click the desired Production.
  3. Under Studios, click the relevant Studio.
  4. On the left, click Settings.
  1. In the Design section, find Studio Logo.
  2. Click Upload.
  3. Pick an image file and click open.

Add Logo as Default for New Studios in a Production

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Click the desired Production.
  3. On the left, under Default Studio Settings, click Design.
  4. Next to Studio Logo, click Upload.
  5. Pick an image file and click open.

The logo's minimum size is 128 x 72 pixels, with a recommended aspect ratio of 16:9.
SVG, JPG, and PNG image files are supported.

Invited participants see your logo:

  • in the Lobby (seen by the Host, Guests, and any Producers)
  • in the Studio (visible to everyone in the Studio, including Audience members)
