Each person in a recording session joins the Studio with a specific role. The Host determines each participant's role when inviting them.

*Producer permissions are different for invited external producers 

Host

The Host is recorded, manages each session, and can change all of a Studio's settings. The Host is the only role that can start and stop the recording.

Guests

Guests are recorded in the Studio, can share their screens, and can adjust their audio and video.

Producers

Producers are not recorded, but they are seen by other participants, support the Host and Guests, and can change most Studio settings. However, if a producer shares their screen, uses the media board, or shares a presentation, these elements are recorded as separate tracks.

Audience members

Audience members join the Riverside studio to watch a live recording session. They are not recorded, but can participate in the live chat and request to join the live recording
