Participant Roles (Overview)

Each person in a recording session joins the Studio with a specific role. The Host determines each participant's role when inviting them.

Host

The Host is recorded, manages each session, and can change all of a Studio's settings. The Host is the only role that can start and stop the recording.

Guests

Guests are recorded in the Studio, can share their screens, and can adjust their audio and video.

Producers

Producers are not recorded, but they are seen by other participants, support the Host and Guests, and can change most Studio settings.

Audience members

Audience members can watch the live Studio session and write in the chat. They are not recorded unless they join from their computer and request it during a Live Call-In.
