The registrant table provides detailed information about everyone who signs up for your events, so you can easily interpret the data, track participation, and optimize your workflow.
Automatically captured columns
The following columns are collected automatically by Riverside based on the registrant’s browser activity.

Registrant | The name and email of the person who registered. |

Status | Indicates whether the registrant's access is approved or not. Approved or Not Approved

Indicates whether the registrant attended or not. |
Referrer | The website or page the registrant came from, such as https://www.linkedin.com . |

Percentage of the session attended by the registrant. |
Duration | - | The total amount of time the registrant was present in the session. |
UTM parameters
The other columns in the registrant table capture information from the URL a registrant used when signing up. These values help you understand where registrants came from and how they found your event.

Good to know
- Some websites block referrer information. In such cases, the Referrer column will appear empty.
