« To Audience registration: Overview
After your scheduled studio session with audience registration, whether through pre-registration or a direct session link, you can download a file containing registrant details, making it easier to streamline follow-ups and leverage the data for lead generation and newsletters.
Who: Account Owner, Admins, Directors, and Editors

Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Click the relevant project.
- Under Recordings, click on a recording.
- On the recording's page, scroll to Recording files.
- Go to Audience Registration.
- To the right, click Download to download the CSV file.
The CSV file includes the following fields:
- Name
- Last name
- Registration date
- Approved (True/False)
- Custom fields (pre-registration only)
- Participated (True/False)
- Available only after the session has ended.
- We will provide the the referral UTM breakdown of the link from which the attendee registered:
- Referrer
- Source
- Medium
- Term
- Content
- Campaign
- Engagement data - we will provide the following information for individual attendees:
- Minutes in the webinar (mm:ss)
- Attendance rate (%) - total time attended / session length
- User's organization
