If a registrant hasn’t received or can’t find the confirmation email with the event details and joining link, you can resend it. You can also copy and send their unique joining link directly to them to ensure they have access when the session begins.

Step by step

Log in to your Riverside account.

In the sidebar on the right, click the Scheduled tab.

To the right of the relevant session, click the
Registrants list icon.
- Under Registrants, next to the relevant registrant, click the three dots.

Click Resend join link.
The confirmation email, containing the event details and a unique joining link, is resent to the registrant. -
To share the registrant's unique joining link directly with them, click Copy join link.
The link is copied to your clipboard.
Good to know
- Registered audience members must use their unique joining link to enter the studio. They cannot join using a general studio link.
- If you want to add an audience member at the last minute, you can copy the registration link from the live stream panel in the studio. Anyone you share it with will still need to enter their details to register for the event and receive a confirmation email with their unique joining link.
