Set up default logo settings to streamline your workflow and maintain consistent branding across all your content.
- Add a logo to your edit
- Customize the logo's size, location, and opacity.
- To hide the logo in external files, toggle on Don't show in external files.
When the toggle is on , the logo is hidden from external content.
When the toggle is off , the logo is displayed in external content. -
To remove the logo settings, hover over Logo in the Brand panel, click ••• [the three dots], and select Delete.

Set up your brand's color palette for easy access to predefined colors, ensuring a unified visual style across all team projects.
1. Log in to your Riverside account.
2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
3. From the editor toolbar, click Brand.
4. Click Color Palette.
5. Under Color Palette, click + and choose the color or add the Hex code (e.g. #0000FF)
Add up to 5 colors to the palette.
6. To remove your color palette, hover over Logo in the Brand panel, click ••• [the three dots], and select Delete.Once you set up your color palette, it will be readily available in the Brand section of the color tool whenever you need to select a color for captions and text overlays.

Set up your brand's default text styles and easily access them through the text panel while editing.

Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.

From the editor toolbar, click Brand.
- Click Text Styles.
- Select a preset from the available options
Or click Add text style to - Set the text style's name, font, size, typeface (style), and color.
- To animate the text style, click the box next to Animation.
- From the animation panel, choose In to animate text as it enters
Or Out to animate it as it exits. - Pick an animation preset from the available options.
- In the animation panel, under Duration, drag the scrubber to adjust the animation’s length or manually enter a precise value of up to 5 seconds.
- Click Save.
Once you set up default text styles, they will be readily available in the Brand text style section of the text panel.

Set up a design for your brand, including a background frame, default spacing, and default corner styles.

Log in to your Riverside account.

Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.

From the editor toolbar, click Brand.

Next to Background, click + to choose an existing image.
Or click Upload to select a file from your device. -
To enable spacing between the video tiles, next to Spacing, toggle on.

Next to Corners, choose between Sharp or Round corners.

Set up your preferred caption style for each aspect ratio to guarantee the captions look great across all formats.

Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.

From the editor toolbar, click Brand.

Click Captions.

Under each aspect ratio: 16:9 (full width), 9:16 (vertical), and 1:1 (square), click + Add to select the default caption style.

To remove your default caption style, hover over Captions in the Brand panel, click ••• [the three dots], and select Delete.
These step-by-step instructions are for setting up the default captions only. To add captions unrelated to your brand settings, use the Captions panel on the toolbar.

Set up your default intro and outro, which can be either a video or audio file. The intro and outro can be easily applied to edits and will automatically be added to all Magic Clips and Full Episodes.
1. Log in to your Riverside account.
2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
3. From the editor toolbar, click Brand.
4. Click Intro or Outro.5. Next to each aspect ratio, click + to choose an existing image, video or audio.
Or click Upload to select a file from your device.- If you want to use the same intro and outro for all aspect ratios, create separate versions for each aspect ratio to prevent cropping, then upload each version to its corresponding aspect ratio.
