Center, crop, or zoom in and out on a speaker in the video frame

You can center a speaker's video in the frame and zoom in or out to create a polished and professional appearance for your content.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
  1. Click on the speaker's tile in the editor.
  2. Above the speaker's tile, click the crop.svg crop icon.
  3. Drag the video to position the speaker in the center of the frame.
  4. Above the speaker's tile, drag the bar to zoom in or out, or click the zoom-in.svg zoom-in and zoom-out.svg zoom-out buttons for precise adjustments.
  5. Click outside the speaker's tile to apply the changes.
    A Crop applied message confirms that the adjustment have been applied to the speaker's track across the entire timeline.
