If you didn’t verify your email after you created your Riverside account or after you changed your account email address, your account is considered unverified. To keep your account secure, some features are limited until you verify your email.
While unverified, you can still access most of the platform, but the following actions are disabled:
- Uploading files
- Sharing recordings
- Inviting guests to the studio
- Adding media in the editor
To verify your account:
- Check your email for a message from notifications@riverside.fm with the subject Verify your new email address:
- Open the email and click Verify email address.
