Where can I find the project ID for Support?

Each project you create on Riverside has a unique, identifying number called the project ID. Riverside's Support team can use it to check the technical details of your project.

Step by step

1. Log in to your Riverside account.
2. In the ☰ menu on the left, click the relevant studio.

3. Go to the relevant project.
4. Under the project thumbnail, click the unique ID, which is a series of number and letters. It looks like 66dd5db8c73ae59618d80959.
   The project ID is copied to your computer's clipboard.

TIP:
To paste the project ID, press Ctrl+V on a PC or ⌘+V on a Mac.
