When using a multi-channel audio interface or a multi-track mixer to control your sound input, connect your microphone/s to channels 1 and 2. Your computer browser can only detect audio only from these first two channels. All other channels will be undetected by your browser.
You can also change the interface's output to use mono or stereo sound.

PTZ cameras (point-tilt-zoom), like the one pictured below, cannot be directly connected to a computer to work with Riverside in your browser. However, can use an HDMI capture card and video switcher to feed video from PTZ cameras into Riverside.

Riverside does not support multiple video inputs from the same computer. Likewise, we don't recommend connecting multiple webcams to one computer, as this can overwhelm the computer's processor and result in a lower-quality recording.
However, to switch between two camera angles during one recording, you can use the mobile app to record a second camera track.
