« To Audience registration: Overview
Let people pre-register for your live studio session, such as a webinar or live episode recording, by enabling audience registration. Customize your audience registration forms with custom fields to better qualify, engage, and convert your leads.
This is a great way to get people excited for your upcoming event and properly plan for it. You can see who's planning on joining the session ahead of time and share updates and details with them. After the session, you can see who attended and who didn't, and easily stay connected with them.

Step by step
- Schedule a studio session.
- From the scheduling page, to the right of Audience registration, toggle on to enable it.
When the toggle is on, you are restricted from inviting audience members via email. - Set up the registration page by entering a title and description.
- To the right of Custom registration fields, toggle on to enable it.
- Click Add field to add additional fields for registrants to fill out.
The fields for first name, last name, and email address are always required. - Select from the following field types: phone number, country, text, or checkbox.

Add a phone number field

Select Phone number.
- Click ••• [the three dots].

To the right of Required field, toggle on to make this field mandatory.
- To remove the field, click Remove.

Add a country field
-
Select Country.
- Click ••• [the three dots].

To the right of Required field, toggle on to make this field mandatory.
- To remove the field, click Remove.

Add a text field
-
Select Text field.
- Enter your question.
Your audience can reply in up to 250 characters. -
To the right of Required field, toggle on to make this field mandatory.
- Click Save.
- To remove the field, click ••• [the three dots] and then click Remove.
- To edit the field, click ••• [the three dots] and then click Edit field.

Add a checkbox field
- Select Checkbox field.
- Enter your question.
Your audience can check or uncheck the boxes to respond. - To the right of Required field, toggle on to make this field mandatory.
- Click Save.
- To remove the field, click ••• [the three dots] and then click Remove.
- To edit the field, click ••• [the three dots] and then click Edit field.

- You can change the order of the fields by clicking and dragging the handler icon.
- Click Preview registration page to review the layout and ensure everything looks correct.
- Click Create session.
The session is shown at the top of the project page. - To the right of the listed session, click ••• [the three dots].
- Click Copy registration link.
- Share the link over email, social media posts, text messages, ect. for people to pre-register for the live studio session.
Important
If you invite a guest or producer to the session using the Invite people via email option, they will only receive a studio invite link and will not receive the registration form.
Good to know
- With the registration link, people enter their name and email to register. Then, they receive a confirmation email with the event details, including the time zone and a unique joining link that identifies them as approved participants.
- You can see who registered and reject people from entering the session.
- Registrants must join from a computer using Chrome or Edge. They're let into the studio upon the session's starting time as an audience member.
- After the session, you can see which registrants attended and which did not. Please note that you cannot see this information for people who did not pre-register, such as invited guests and audience members.
- The event will remain visible in the project folder for one month for your reference. After that, you can always download the registration details from the Recording Files.
