Step by step
- Start a live stream.

At the bottom of the chat panel, icons for each of the live streaming services you enabled, which support omnichat, appear. - In the text box, type your message.
- Click Send.
The message is posted in the Riverside live stream chat and in each channel that supports omnichat replies.
If a viewer sends a message back, it will be visible to you in the Riverside live stream chat.
Good to know
- You can not see messages that were sent before you joined the studio.
- If a Producer sends a message in the live stream chat, their message will be shown to viewers as Message on behalf of the host.
- Audience members' and guests' messages are only visible to people in the studio (i.e. other audience members, guests, hosts, and producers), and not to people watching the stream on other platforms. However, audience members and guests can see all messages sent in the chat, including those from viewers on other platforms.
