How can I edit my recording when two people speak at the same time?

When multiple people speak at the same time, or cross-talk, you can see exactly where this happens in the transcript and make edits to improve your recording in the Riverside editor.

Cross-talk shows up in your transcript indented so that it's easy to see and edit.

When you select a part of the transcript where multiple people are talking simultaneously, the transcript text for each participant speaking at that moment is highlighted in a different color.

If you delete a word or section from the cross-talk part of the transcript, the words for all users talking at the same time are deleted, but you can always restore these changes.

At this time, you can not delete just one of the speaker's audio when cross-talking occurs.
