Cancel a scheduled studio session

Cancel a previously scheduled studio session.

The details of the upcoming session appear at the top of the project page, within the project folder containing the event, and in the Scheduled tab in the sidebar on the right.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  1. In the sidebar on the right, click the Scheduled tab.
  2. To the right of the relevant session, click the ••• three dots.
  3. Click Remove.
  4. The scheduled session is cancelled and removed from the project folder.

When you cancel a session or remove a participant from the invite list, the link to the studio included in the original email invite becomes invalid and does not open to your studio. You can always reschedule a session in the studio whenever you'd like. 

Important:
If you change or remove the scheduling information on Riverside, your participants will not receive another email with the updated details. Likewise, the Google Calendar event will not be updated.
