Troubleshooting for:

  • Streaming destination disconnected

If a live stream connection to a social platform expires, you must re-authenticate the platform to stream. 

Depending on the platform, you may have to do this before every live stream session.

Please note:
This feature is in beta and is being released gradually to Riverside users.

Step by step 

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. In the ☰ menu on the left, hover over the Studio, and click ••• [the three dots].
  3. Click Go to Studio.
  4. On the Lobby page, enter your details and click Join Studio.
  5. At the top of the Studio, click Settings.
  1. Click Live Stream.
  2. Next to the social media platform, click Reauthenticate.
    Sign into your account to reconnect it to Riverside for live streaming.
