Troubleshooting for:
- Streaming destination disconnected
If a live stream connection to a social platform expires, you must re-authenticate the platform to stream.
Depending on the platform, you may have to do this before every live stream session.
Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- In the ☰ menu on the left, hover over the Studio, and click ••• [the three dots].
- Click Record.
- On the Lobby page, enter your details and click Join Studio.
- At the top of the Studio, click Settings.
- Click Live Stream.
- Next to the social media platform, click Reauthenticate.
Sign into your account to reconnect it to Riverside for live streaming.
