Join a studio via invite link using the MacOS app

Join a Riverside Studio using the MacOS desktop app. You can join your own Studio, join someone else's Studio via an invite link, or via an invite email.

Join via an invite link 

1. On a computer, open the Riverside desktop MacOS app.
2. In the upper right corner of the app, click Join studio via link.
3. Copy the Riverside link you received.  
4. Paste the link into the pop-up. 
5. Click Join to enter the lobby.
   You’ll be prompted to enter a few details to join the studio session.
   

Join via an invite email 

1. On a computer, open the Riverside desktop MacOS app.
2. In the invite email, click Join Session.
   A new window opens to the online studio.
3. At the bottom of the page, click Join via Riverside desktop app.
   A new window opens with a pop up asking for permission to open up the desktop app.
   
4. Click Open Riverside Studio to open the lobby.
   
   
5. Click Join to enter the lobby.
   You’ll be prompted to enter a few details to join the studio session.
