With an audience invite link, audience members join the Riverside studio to watch the live recording session, participate in the live chat, and request to join the live recording.
Live streaming to audience members is a great way to host a webinar and easily broadcast your session to viewers.

Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account on a web browser or the MacOS app.
- Send audience members invite links so they can join the studio.
- Enable audience registration to require audience members to input their name and email before entering the studio so you retrieve a list of all of the people who came to the session (optional).
- Before the recording, turn on the public audience link so audience members can enter the studio to watch the live stream.
- Wait for the first audience member to arrive in the studio.
You can only go live if there is one or more audience members present. - Click Go live to start the live stream.
Good to know
- Audience members can watch the live stream from their computer on Chrome or Edge or with the MacOS app.
- They can also join using Safari and the mobile app, but live call-ins are not supported on these channels.
- At this time, audience members who registered can only join the live session from their computer.
- Once the recording begins, the audience sees the host and guests in the studio.
- No one can see the audience members' videos. However, the host, producers, and audience members can see the total number of audience members in the studio.
- Audience members can participate in the live chat and request to join the live recording.
