What file types can I upload to Apple Podcasts?

Apple Podcasts accepts WAV, FLAC, or MP3 audio files, but each must be formatted accordingly:

• WAV and FLAC - must be formatted in stereo
• MP3 - may be formatted in either mono or stereo
