If you're using a piece of equipment and need to test whether it's compatible with Riverside, you can test your hardware on Google Meet to check whether remote participants can hear or see you.
To conduct a test of your devices on Google Meet, follow the steps on these pages:
- Computer: Connect your video & audio (support.google.com)
- Mobile app: Get started with calling in Google Meet mobile app (support.google.com)
If your computer cannot connect to Google Meet, or if your microphone or camera cannot be detected, you may need to change your device settings.
