« To Subscription and billing: Overview
If you have a Standard or Pro individual subscription, follow the steps below to remove an existing payment method from your account.
Step by step
- On a computer, log into your account.
- In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
- Click
Manage account.
- On the left, under Your account, click Subscription.
- Click Manage subscription & billing.
You are redirected to Riverside’s payment provider. - Under Payment Method, find the desired card.
- Click the ••• [the three dots].
- Select Delete.
NOTE:
If you are part of a Riverside for Business account, contact your Customer Success Manager to change payment methods.
