Delete payment method

« To Subscription and billing: Overview

If you have a Standard or Pro individual subscription, follow the steps below to remove an existing payment method from your account.

Step by step

  1. On a computer, log into your account.
  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
  3. Click user-round.svg Manage account.
  4. On the left, under Your account, click Subscription.
  5. Click Manage subscription & billing.
    You are redirected to Riverside’s payment provider. 
  6. Under Payment Method, find the desired card.
  7. Click the ••• [the three dots].
  8. Select Delete.
NOTE:
If you are part of a Riverside for Business account, contact your Customer Success Manager to change payment methods.
