Change or add default payment method

To change or update your default payment method for your Riverside subscription, follow the steps below.

For Riverside for Business accounts, only the account owner or admins can update their credit card details. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you'd like to change your payment method from credit card to wire transfer. 

Step by step

  1. Using a computer, log into your Riverside account.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the account menu.
  3. Click Account & subscription.
  4. On the left, click Subscription.
  5. Click Manage subscription & billing.
    A new window opens to Riverside’s payment provider. 
  6. On the page, under Payment Method find the desired card.
  7. Click the ••• [the three dots] and select Make default.
