« To Share a presentation: Overview
In the studio, you can upload a presentation file of up to 700 MB in these formats:
- Powerpoint (PPT or PPTX)
- Keynote (KEY)
- Adobe PDF
We recommend that you share your screen if your presentation requires displaying any of the following:

Good to know
- Any presenter notes that were added to the slides in another program are not visible alongside the slides by default. However, you can add them to the Studio's script or teleprompter.
- You may need to remove any macros in a Powerpoint file before you upload it.

Fonts may be replaced when uploading a presentation due to licensing restrictions. To preserve your design, export your slides as a PDF before uploading.
