If you enter incorrect credentials while attempting to log in to your Riverside account, your account may become blocked for security purposes. You can regain access your account by following the steps below.
Step by step
- Go to your email inbox associated with your Riverside account.
- Look for an email with the subject line: We’ve locked your account to keep it secure
from Riverside.fm – notifications@riverside.fm.
This email is sent immediately after your account is blocked. - Open the email and click Unlock account.
If the button does not work, try copying and pasting the link under it into your browser.
NOTE:
The Unlock account link in the email is only valid for 3 days.
