Search Within a Recording's Transcript

Search through the transcribed text of a recording for faster editing and content creation.

Step by step

1. On a computer, log in to your Riverside account.
2. Under Studios, click the relevant Studio.
3. Click the relevant recording.
4. In the top right corner, click Go to editor.
   Or scroll to Clips and click a clip with a Draft or Magic Clip label.

5. Above the timeline, click Transcript.
6. At the top of the page, click the Search box.
7. Type a word or phrase to search.
8. Press Enter to highlight the term in the timeline.
9. Click or  to navigate to each result in the timeline.
   

You can search the text once Riverside finishes creating the automated transcription.

Text in sections that you have removed from the transcript or trimmed from the timeline is not included in the search results. Create a new clip or restore those sections to search the entire text.
