No, for now if you upload and share a presentation in the Studio, it does not appear in the live stream broadcast to other sites.
If you need people, other than Guests and Producers, to see the presentation, you can invite them to watch the recording session as Audience members or share your screen with the slide deck instead of uploading the file.
