Correct the Transcript and Caption Text

Edit a clip's transcript to correct the spelling of a word or add additional text to the captions.

Step by step

1. On a computer, log in to your Riverside account.
2. Under Studios, click the relevant Studio.
3. Click the relevant recording.
4. In the top right corner, click Go to editor.
   Or scroll to Clips and click a clip with a Draft or Magic Clip label.

5. Click Transcript to show the text.
6. In the transcript, click and select a word or phrase.
7. Click Correct.
8. Type in the replacement text.
9. Click Correct to save the change.
   Or click Correct all to replace all instances of the word.

The clip's burned-in captions use the corrected text. The downloadable transcription and subtitle files and any other clips from the same recording also include the corrections.
