Share Teleprompter with Guests

After adding a script, allow your Guests to see it on their screens with the Studio teleprompter.

Step by step

1. On a computer, log in to your account.
2. Under Studios, click the relevant Studio.
3. On the right, click Go to Studio.
4. On the Lobby page, enter your details and click Join Studio.

5. At the bottom of the screen, click Script.
6. At the bottom of the script box, click Teleprompter
7. Click Share with guests.
8. On the menu next to  All guests, choose:
   • Can't view:
     • The teleprompter shows only on the Host's screen.
   • View & control:
     • The teleprompter shows on each person's screen. Each person can scroll through the teleprompter by themselves, adjust the size of the text, and change the speed of the auto-scroll for themselves.
   • View only:
     

     • The teleprompter shows on each person's screen. The Host or Producer controls the scroll and text size of the teleprompter for everyone.

Guests cannot edit the text in the teleprompter. The teleprompter is only displayed to Guests using a computer browser, not the Riverside mobile app.
