Remove audience count in the studio

« To Studio settings: Overview

Choose whether to display the total number of audience members watching the live recording session to all your guests and audience members. By default, anyone in the studio can see the audience count.

Follow the steps below to turn audience count off so only the host and producers see the total number of audience members in the studio.

From the dashboard

1. Log in to your Riverside account.
2. In the ☰ menu on the left, hover over the studio, and click the ••• [the three dots].
3. Choose Settings.

4. Click on Live stream and scroll down to Audience info.
5. Next to Audience count, click the toggle off.
   The total number of audience members does not show to guests and audience members in the studio.
   

From the studio

1. Join a studio session as the host or producer.
2. Stop the current recording.
3. At the top of the page, click settings.

4. Click Advanced.
5. Scroll to the Audience info section.
6. Next to Audience count, click the toggle off.
   The total number of audience members does not show to guests and audience members in the studio.
