Change your Studio's settings so the first recording session starts as soon as a Guest joins. This way, you won't need to click Record to get started.

Before a Studio Session

  2. In the ☰ menu on the left, hover over the Studio, and click the ••• [the three dots].
  3. Choose Settings.
  1. Scroll to the Recording section and find Recording Start.

The Studio only starts automatically recording if the Host joins the Studio before a Guest enters. Enable the Lobby's waiting room so the Host is always in the Studio before any Guests. The recording does not auto-start if a Producer, rather than a Host, is in the Studio without the Host.

When this setting enabled, the Host cannot start with a test recording.
