Send upload instructions to a Guest

If you stop recording, but a participant left the Studio before their track finished uploading, Riverside can send them instructions to complete the process.

In the Studio

1. After you Stop the recording, look for the upload progress pop-up.
2. If a participant has a partial upload, click Send upload link.
3. Enter the Guest's email address.
4. Click Send Email.
   

On the Recording Session's Dashboard

1. In the Studio, click View Recordings or click a recent recording session.
2. At the top of the page, enter the Guest's email address and click Notify.
