If you stop recording, but a participant left the Studio before their track finished uploading, Riverside can send them instructions to complete the process.
In the Studio
- After you Stop the recording, look for the upload progress pop-up.
- If a participant has a partial upload, click Send upload link.
- Enter the Guest's email address.
- Click Send Email.
On the Recording Session's Dashboard
- In the Studio, click View Recordings or click a recent recording session.
- At the top of the page, enter the Guest's email address and click Notify.
