Recommendations
- Connect your headphones directly to the computer instead of to the AudioBox's headphone output to minimize echo and hear the other participants in the Studio.
- You may need an eighth-inch to quarter-inch headphone jack adapter to connect headphones to the AudioBox.

Troubleshooting
- If you cannot be heard in the Studio:
- Click the lock icon in the browser's address bar to confirm that Riverside and your browser have permission to access the mic (and audio interface).
- Check the mic/input sensitivity in the computer's settings.
- On a Mac, also confirm that the mic is not muted in the Audio MIDI Setup app.
- Adjust the gain knob of your microphone.
- You only need to activate the 48V (phantom power) button if using a condenser microphone.
