Yes, you can show or hide text you removed in the Riverside's Editor.
At the top of the transcript, click the toggle next to Show deleted. This expands or minimizes the text you removed from the transcript or using Set pace to remove pauses and silences.

When hidden, removed text is indicated by a | vertical bar. When shown, the text is struck through.
Please note that this does not show parts of the recording removed from the timeline using Split or by adjusting in- and out-points.
