- Participants' video in the Studio looks blurry or grainy during the live call
Please note: The live call's video quality adapts depending on your internet connection. If you or another person's video looks blurry or lower resolution in the Studio, the High Quality Track recorded during the call has crisper video and a higher resolution.
Suggested Troubleshooting Steps
- Try using a different network, moving closer to a wireless network point, or using a wired Ethernet connection.
- The Host or Producer can also enable Low Data mode to temporarily turn off all participants' live video.
- If the Studio is also recording both video and audio, the High Quality Tracks will still include video.
