After you leave the recording Studio in the mobile app, you can check the status of any remaining track uploads by following these steps.
Step by step - iOS or Android app
- Open the Riverside app again.
- Look for the Uploading recordings... progress banner at the top of the screen.
- Tap it for details.
- Keep the app open while the upload completes.
Your track data should begin uploading automatically when you re-open the app. If not, see these troubleshooting steps.
NOTE:
On an iPad, look for the status of recent uploads on the left side of the app's main screen under Uploading or No Uploads. (You may have to tap to expand the side panel.) Tap one to open the full list of recent uploads.
