How can I check track upload progress on the mobile app?

After you leave the recording Studio, you can check the status of any remaining track uploads by following these steps.

iOS app

  1. Open the Riverside app again.
  2. Look for the upload progress banner at the top of the screen.
  3. Leave the app open while the upload completes.
NOTE:
On an iPad, look for the status of recent uploads on the left side of the app's main screen under Uploading or No Uploads. (You may have to tap sidebar.svg to expand the side panel.) Tap one to open the full list of recent uploads.

Android app

  1. Open the Riverside mobile app.
    The top of the screen should say Studios or Productions.
  2. In the top left corner, tap settings.svg (the Settings icon).
  3. Tap My Uploads (Android).
    Recently recorded tracks are listed.
  4. Leave the app open while the upload completes.
