If you are recording on a computer and your camera's frame rate drops or it doesn't match the frame rate of other Studio participants, try one or more of the steps below to correct it.
NOTE:
You may need to start recording again after fixing the frame rate.
Turn off your camera's auto-exposure feature. For example, if using a Logitech webcam, change this setting using Logi Tune Desktop.
Close other tabs and programs that may be using your computer's processing power. Make sure your browser is the active and 'in-focus' program.
If you use a laptop, connect it to a power source rather than using the battery.
Record with a brighter lighting setup. A camera may reduce its frame rate to adapt to low light.
Reduce the camera's default recording resolution.
Reduce the default recording quality (maximum resolution) of the Studio.
If none of the above steps correct the frame rate, consider using a different camera or joining the Studio from a different device.
TIP:
For stable recording in high resolution, we recommend using a DSLR camera and a video capture card.
