When you record in the Studio on your computer, Riverside saves your locally recorded audio/video tracks in your browser's temporary storage before uploading them. If your browser indicates that you have low storage available, follow these steps to complete any pending uploads and restore the space.

Step by step:

  1. Using the computer and browser that has low storage, click here to open the Upload page and finish uploading any recorded tracks still on your device.

    NOTE:
After your track files are uploaded, they are erased from your temporary storage to make space for new recordings.

  2. Join a Studio again or check available browser storage to see if the low storage is resolved.
If not, follow the steps on: Turn Off 'Clear Site Data' Option.

TIP:

Allowing notifications from Riverside in your browser can also increase the total space available.
