Basic Troubleshooting

If visiting the Upload page with the same computer and browser you recorded with did not complete the upload process, follow the steps below:

  • Temporarily turn off content blocker tools like adblockers, antivirus programs, VPNs, browser extensions, and firewalls. These can interfere with the upload process. If possible, configure these to allow

  • Close any other Riverside tabs that you still have open, then open only the Upload page.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Open Firewall Ports to Allow Upload

If you cannot temporarily turn off your firewall, you should configure it to open ports 80 and 443. Follow these instructions for Windows or Mac.
