Add another user to your Enterprise account so they can join as Host or Producer in the Studio or use the Editor functionality.


Only the account Owner can add more users to the Enterprise account.

Step by step:

  1. Using a computer, log in to your account.

  2. Click Home.

  3. In the top right corner, click the account menu
    and select Enterprise account settings.

  4. On the Account Access page, enter the invite recipient's email address.

  5. Choose their Enterprise role (Admin, Director, or Editor)

  6. Click Invite user.

  7. The user will receive an account invitation email.

  8. A pop-up window with the link confirms that it has been sent by email.

    • You can also copy and send that link directly to invite a new user.


Before they accept the invite, each user will be marked as 'invite pending' and count toward the total seats in your account. Invites expire after 10 days.


If the new user already has a Riverside account with the same email address, recordings they made in the past will be added as one of your Enterprise account's productions.
