Customize the Teams Studio and Lobby with your logo so participants see your branding before and during the call. Follow the steps below to add a logo to your Teams Studio (previously called an Enterprise Studio) or new Studios in a Teams Production.

NOTE:

These steps upload a logo that participants see before and during the call. Use the Editor to add a logo to the final video clips.

Step by step:

  1. On your computer, log in to your account.

  2. Click Home.

  3. Access a Studio's settings by clicking the Settings (gear) icon.

  4. In the Design section, find Studio Logo.

  5. Click Upload.

  6. Pick an image file and click open.
    The logo is displayed on the Settings screen.


Important:

The logo's minimum size is 128 x 72 pixels, with a recommended aspect ratio of 16:9.SVG, JPG, and PNG image files are supported.

NOTE:

Invited participants see your logo replace Riverside's:

– in the Lobby (seen by the Host, Guests, and any Producers)

– in the Studio (visible to everyone in the Studio, including Audience members)
