IMPORTANT:

If you are recording with an external microphone, check for device compatibility.

Chromebooks and other tablets are not yet supported.

Edge and Chrome mobile browsers cannot be used to record with Riverside.

For functions like the sidebar text chat and sharing your screen, use a computer to join the Studio.

iOS App Requirements

iPhones and iPads are supported with the Riverside iOS app.

Minimum requirements: iOS 14.0 or later (iPhone X or newer)

Android devices are supported with the Riverside Android app.

Minimum requirements: Android 5.0 or later

TIP:

For optimal performance, have at least 5 GB of device storage available.
